Located at the corner of Pirie Street & Gawler Place, and after a whole base building upgrade, 63 Pirie Street is a new exciting business and entertainment hub now home to the First Church of Christ, Scientist Reading Room in the Adelaide CBD.  Working closely with our client and the end-user, this complete refurbishment of an existing tenancy includes a new office with an open plan reading room/library and window display to the shop front. The space is lined with new Australian made architectural lighting throughout with timber wall & floor finishes being a feature with its herringbone laying pattern.

Our contract involved the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of:

• Design and Installation of all general power & lighting systems to tenancy and common areas

• Switchboard Design & Installation
• Specialist and Architectural Lighting
