Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with Distinction and is currently studying a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Adelaide. He delivers high level support and management of both internal and external stakeholders in infrastructure, construction, energy, resources and facilities management projects that the Group is involved in. He works closely with both Construction and Service Departments to manage the company’s Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Systems (HSEQ) and third-party accreditations, fulfilling regulatory guidelines, contracting and submitting claims.
Nicholas manages general legal and commercial compliance to determine contextual business risk across all phases, including tender preparation, initial contract review, employment and workforce issues and right through to project delivery and ongoing maintenance.
His broader experience across the company allows for a unique approach to the management of operational matters, including project administration, procurement, forecasting, contract administration and management of supply chain & sub-contractor risk.
His role also extends to support and strategic direction of the organisation, through the achievement of its annual objectives. This includes the development of company systems, policies and procedures as well as change management activities.
