Kelvin is an Senior Estimator at NSG Boffa and has over 35 years experience in Estimating, Project Management and Project Administration roles. He has been a senior member of Nilsen Electrical, Pacific Services Group and DESA Project and Estimating teams. Kelvin has worked on iconic projects across all sectors of the industry including, Defence, Health, Education, Commercial and Industrial. He has been involved in key infrastructure developments including the University of South Australia Learning Centre, the Tonsley Development Upgrade as well as many various Hospital and Defence projects across South Australia.

Kelvin is highly respected and well known in the sector. His approach in understanding the scope of the project prior to its commencement proves useful to our Estimating team. He ensures that budget costing, design, job preparation and procurement of major items are paramount as well as identifying alternate cost savings for out clients.
