Paul is the Operations Manager and a Director in the Group. He has qualifications in Management and has both a sound trade background and extensive experience in the construction industry, having gained knowledge and expertise from managing many prestigious projects for Pacific Services Group, Hastie Group and the traditional Boffa & Russo family business. Paul has been involved in extensive and iconic projects working direclty with key clients, such as the Lendlease Building Group, Hansen Yuncken, Scentre Group, University of South Australia, major SA Hospitals and across all levels of Government.

Paul oversees the daily operational delivery of all projects and ensures our workforce is to the highest standard ensuring all safety, quality and environmental policies, procedures and customer requirements are met. He is known for his unique approach to operations decision-making, through implementation of strategic plans that are align with the Group's long term goals. He is passionate to continually monitor and improve the overall performance of our client experience.
