Paul has achieved a Diploma of Management and has a sound background in Estimating having previously worked for Nilsen Electric and Pacific Services Group. He has 20 years of industry experience across the water, mining, rail, transport and Defence sectors across SA. He leads and mentors the Estimating team to ensure continuous improvement and competitiveness in our tendering strategies in the market. He has been involved in various South Australian iconic projects from early contractor involvement working with the consultants and the design team through to project delivery.

Paul is experienced in providing technical support, budget costing, design and document preparation, procurement of major items and maintaining customer and supplier relationships. Paul ensures he works with customers from project conception to identify alternative solutions to project delivery and procurement that can offer clients significant savings prior to project commencement.
