Emily works closely with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver seamless services and solutions for a variety of customers, including Facility & Property Managers, Landlords and Tenants. She works to ensure that all electrical service and preventive maintenance contracts across iconic sites are delivered on time, safely and exceeds all industry expectations. Emily works with all clients, their stakeholders and project staff to schedule and assign activities for the labour workforce to maintain and repair electrical systems including planning and adapting routine operations to ensure necessary response to urgent plant and equipment. Her proactive approach always guarantees all work is attained and delivered in a responsive way, complying to all safety, environmental and quality guidelines.

Prior to joining our team, Emily held various coordination and administration roles at Ventia and Allianz Insurance Group. At the forefront of the Service delivery team, Emily ensures that the business meets contractual performance goals to ensure an exceptional Electrical, Communications and Security solution for a variety of industries and clients, including commercial office, retail, defence and entertainment centres.
