As part of a national overhaul of all Westfield owner sites across Australia, we were engaged to deliver the a brand new dining and entertainment precinct at Westfield Tea Tree Plaza (located in the Northern suburbs of Adelaide). The new entertainment precinct is complete with nine new restaurants and a 12-screen cinema complex.

A milestone for the Westfield portfolio in South Australia, the new indoor-outdoor dining and entertainment precinct will see the centre transform from a traditional shopping centre into a living centre. The centre now offers the complete retail, dining and entertainment experience for the community to discover and enjoy, all in one place.

Our scope of works included:

• Power Reticulation to both Low and High Voltage Systems (including incoming Transformer modifications)
• Area and Security Lighting Systems
• Specialist LED Lighting Install
• Exit & Emergency Lighting Install
• Integrated Voice & Data Systems
• Security System, Access Control and CCTV Cameras and existing system integration
• Communication system providing background music, public address and a secure security network
• Main Switchboard & Distribution Board Design, Delivery & Install
• Tenant Switchboard and Submain Supply (including Base Build Fitout)

A hub for the local community, the Westfield Tea Tree Plaza centre has been operating for over 45 years. The new dining and entertainment precinct will complement the centre’s existing offer which features 250 retailers, including the Myer, Big W, Coles, Kmart, Target and Woolworths brands.
