As one of the most popular shopping precints in South Australia, Westfield Marion and owners Scentre Group have recently undertaken significant upgrade works to the complex. The redevelopment has come with over 65 new speciality shops, restaurants, cafes and fresh food stalls, including the construction of a new ALDI Superstore. Our works included an extension and fit-out to the Fresh Food Court as well as both High and Low Voltage services upgrade.

Our scope of works was inclusive of:

• Power Reticulation to both Low and High Voltage Systems
• Area and Security Lighting Systems
• Specialist Lighting Install
• Exit & Emegency Lighitng Install
• Integrated Voice & Data Systems
• Security System, Access Control and CCTV Cameras
• Communication system providing background music, public address and a secure security network
• Main Switchboard & Distribution Board Desing, Delivery & Install

On time delivery was crucial to this project, as was our commitment to quality and safety. Our team needed to be adaptive whilst working in and around a live shopping centre that is already an existing hub for local food, speciality shops and transport. Working around existing infrastructure also proved to be a challenge, so our team devleoped strict coordination plans with other trades to avoid impacts on the clients building program.
