Our team needed to face the challenges of working in and around an operational hospital, whilst still maintaining the strict deadlines on a critical government project. Our technicians, with the support of Project Management staff had to organise regular hospital ‘blackout’ testing to test the entire sites electrical infrastructure system, while the hospital was still operational. Critical work plans were developed by NSG Boffa in consultation with the hospital, and other key stakeholders. These plans were implemented in order to minimise the risk to the hospital, its infrastructure, patients and staff. |
