Located in the iconic 1 King William Street address, One Third by NNQ is a Vietnamese café and bar offering from the famed family behind the Woodville (NNQ) and Gouger Street (Little NNQ) restaurants. The project included the installation of a new kitchen, front bar and dining area in the lobby of 1 King William Street. Integrated works included new toilet amenities and keg cool rooms to service the kitchen and bar while the exposed ceilings throughout the front-of-house provide an industrial aesthetic.

Our contract involved the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of:

• Demolition and removal of redundant infrastructure
• Base building coordination and tenant support
• Design and Installation of all general power & lighting systems to the commercial kitchen, bar and dining areas, toilets, and cool rooms
• Exit & Emergency Lighting
• Switchboard Design & Installation
• Specialist and Architectural Lighting including Lighting Control/Automation
• Security System, Access Control and CCTV Cameras
